What personal information this site collects
This site is a static publication. It does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or session tracking. The site does not set cookies of its own. Any session or UX cookies that may be created during a visit are set by the visitor’s browser and are not under the operator’s control.

Safeguards
Personal information is held in the contact form provider’s system, accessed only by Jonathan Nishikawa, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are applied to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months unless a consulting engagement begins, in which case retention is governed by the engagement records. Submissions older than 24 months that did not result in an engagement are deleted.
